We pride ourselves on our ability to provide quick and efficient service in the event of a breakdown, generally within 2 hours. We employ our own lift maintenance engineers with some serving our customers for 15 years. All our engineers are qualified to at least NVQ level 3 and we also carryout in-house training to keep up with industry standard and technology.

We use cutting edge Advance Maintenance Software to not only track engineers and assign jobs to the nearest available one, but also ensure quick response and clear reporting. We offer auto-dial monitoring including full compliance with BS EN 81-28 Remote Alarms with the use of a Memcom unit.

We also have qualified technician’s whom carry the latest laptop based diagnostic software to allow access to all major manufactures control panel, fault logging systems.

With a network of suppliers across the UK and Europe, Network Elevators can source that elusive broken part and make that repair fast. Our qualified engineers can undertake all types of repair from replacing minor electrical components to re-ropes and major mechanical over hauls.

Our Gold Maintenance package includes call outs for anytime, any day and including all parts required. You can be sure all costs are covered and you have peace of mind that you won’t have unexpected charges in the event of a failure.
