Lift Refurbishment in Apartments

The existing lift was installed in 2008. When the customer came to us their lift kept breaking down and they were worried about the reliability for the tenants.

As with any refurbishment we always assess the site and diagnose the problem with the lift. The initial installation of the lift wasn’t as good as it could have been. After understanding the customers issues, when the breakdowns were happening, how often and an inspection of the lift, we quoted for a complete refurbishment of the control panel. The lift now runs smoothly and with regular on-going maintenance we are able to help prevent breakdowns before they occur.
