Platform Lifts

When space is at a minimum we have cost effective solutions that reduce disruption in smaller buildings and homes.

Vertical Platform lifts can be cheaper and less disruptive to install for buildings with space restrictions and when transport speed and constant use is not the main priority. Similar to Passenger Lifts, Platform Lifts are still a convenient and safe way to transport people, but with a slower speed and more cost effective, they can be a perfect way to resolve accessibility issues within the home or business.

Little or no preparation is required before installation because these Residential Lifts can be installed directly on to the ground or flooring which eliminates the need for a pit and headroom above the lift. All standard Passenger lifts require a pit and headroom which can add costs to building preparation work before the lift is purchased.

Platform Lifts

Platform Lifts generally have a ‘swing door’ however if you require a small pit and low headroom solution that looks like a standard Passenger Lift, then a Machinery Directive lift could be for you. A cheaper solution, still with low running costs these ‘Residential Lifts’ can also be quoted to your aesthetic specification.

Perfect for your home to solve any accessibility problems or a small office solution to ensure you are DDA (Disability Discrimination Act 1995) compliant. Sometimes called DDA lifts, Wheelchair Lifts, Home Lift or Disabled Access Lifts, these Platform Lifts are inexpensive to run and maintain, yet combine aesthetic elegance with the latest materials to provide accessibility solutions for all types of buildings. Most platform lifts are even connected to a standard power supply!

We offer a large range of Vertical Platform Lifts as well as Horizontal Platform Lifts which can span meters or just a few steps. They combine the latest technology and design so can be tailored to suit your requirements.

All our lifts, fixtures and fittings can be designed to fit the new regulations for building, safety and environment
